With all cards dealt face down it is going to be difficult to arrive at what your opponent has in these games, making the show even competitive is the replacement of the cards dealt. A requirement to replace just a single missing for a straight may be a lot of chances; however, making a straight with 2 or more missing in draw poker is truly a rare probability.
